Lambda Chi Alpha is committed to diversity being well understood, respected, and valued by all of its members. The core value to build a diverse brotherhood has existed since inception and can be seen in the faces of our alumni and current undergraduate members. It is our duty to ensure that our members continue to be inclusive in our discussions, thoughts and operations.

The mission of the Phi-Sigma Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha is to promote the highest standards of friendship, scholarship and service for our members based upon the ideals and values set forth by our International Fraternity, and exemplified by our True Brother Initiative.
